What helps us fix it

• Which tool, and whether you used the website or ChatGPT.
• Your browser and device.
• The file type, and roughly how long the file is.
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
• Any error message, word for word.

You do not need to send the audio. If a problem only happens with one file, say so and we will ask for it.

Using iHateAudio in ChatGPT

Share an audio or video file in the chat and say what you want done, for example "remove the silence and normalize it for Spotify". ChatGPT picks the tool, runs it, and gives you a link to the result.

• Each job takes one file. The two joining tools take up to 12.
• Files can be up to 250 MB.
• Results are deleted one day after they are made, so download them first.
• The voice recorder works only on the website, because it needs your microphone.
